When will my order ship?
www.RedRoomRaves.com will strive to process and ship your goods within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Shipping times are approximate and may vary for reasons beyond Red Room Raves, including restrictions on the method of delivery. Except as provided below, our standard shipping policy applies.
Shipping Details
Orders are shipped Monday – Friday, excluding Holidays. If you place an order on a weekend day or national holiday it will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Please note that a physical address is required for all shipments. Shipping available only in the continental United States. We currently do not ship internationally.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my product?
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, Red Room Raves will gladly accept returns within 30 days of your original purchase date. Please follow the instructions below to receive a product refund. Shipping charges WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
Please email www.Red Room Raves.com and include your name, order number and reason for wanting to return the items. We will give you instructions to retrieve and print the postage for shipping the returned items.
Please re-pack the products in its original box and packaging. Include the attached form.
